The report list shows the reports for surveys to which the user has access. It includes public reports and reports for which the user has analyst privileges for all the surveys for the report.


New


To create a new Report, use the New tool. Note that there is no security restriction on the New tool. However, the user needs analyst privileges to the surveys of interest to add the surveys to the report. See also Add or set up report.


When a new report is created, a section is automatically added to the report.

Setup


To set up a report, select the report and use the Setup tool.

Edit


To edit the content of a report, select the report and use the Edit tool.

Delete


To delete a report, select the report and use the Delete tool. Once a report is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Run


To run a report, select the report and use the Run tool.

Export response data


To export the response data for the surveys added to the report, select the report and use the Export tool. Data can be exported in either comma separated (CSV) or SPSS format.


If a filter is defined for the first section element for the first section of the report, then the filter will be applied and only the responses that pass the filter will be exported.


To export only a subset of the questions for a survey, the first section element for the first section in the report should be of type "selected questions". When that is the case, only the response data for the questions specified by the section element will be exported.
