Report name

The name for the report. The name is shown in the report list. The name is required.

Public

Specifies if the report is public. Public report are available to any user in the organization and do not require authentication to run. Public reports are not available in Novi Survey On Demand.

Publish

Specifies is the report should be published to respondents. Published reports are available to respondents who have a login to the system. The reports are available in the Portal for the user. The report will appear in the Portal for a user when the user has started answering all of the surveys for the report.

Title page graphic

The graphic to show in the title page for the report.

Report title

The title for the report. The report title is shown in the title page for the report.

Report subtitle

The subtitle for the report. The report subtitle is shown in the title page for the report.

Surveys

The surveys for the report. The available surveys are the surveys for which the user has analyst privileges.
