Surveys

Shows the surveys for the respondent. Several status are possible for a survey:

• Not started: No response was started for the survey by the respondent
• In progress: A response was started by the respondent. The response is not complete.
• Completed: The respondent has answered the survey fully.
• Abandoned: The respondent start answering the survey. The response was not complete and the respondent cannot resume answering the survey either because the survey close date is past or the survey cannot be resumed or the number of days since the survey was started is greater than the number of days allowed to resume an answer.

To start responding to a survey or resume answering a survey, select the survey and use the Respond tool.

Reports

Shows available reports. To run a report, select the report and use the Run tool. The list of available reports corresponds to the reports published to respondents matched to the surveys answered by the user. A report published for a given survey (or list of surveys) will not be available until the user has answered the survey (or all of the surveys in the list for the report).
