Template name The name for the template. The name must be unique (i.e., there cannot be another template with the same name). |

Active Controls if the template is active or inactive. Inactive template cannot be selected for new surveys. They remain available for surveys that used them before they were inactivated. |

Controls if the template is global. Global templates are available to surveys across all organizations represented in NoviSurvey. Only system administrator can modify this field. |

Public Controls if the template if public. Public templates can be edited by any user who has Survey creation privileges. Non-public templates can be edited by template owners only. |

|
Users who own the template. Owners can modify the template, activate or inactivate the template, or delete the template. See also How to work with tables |
