Several errors can occur when taking a survey. When an error occurs, both an error message and an error code are shown in the browser:

The maximum number of responses allowed by the license is reached |

The reference to the survey responses was lost. This error can happen if the application restarts while a respondent is answering the survey. |

The survey status is closed of the current date is not within the range of dates when the survey is available |

IP address of respondent is not allowed |
|
12 |
Incorrect reference to the survey. This error can happen when a respondent edits the URL for the survey. |

13 |
There is no page to display for the survey or the URL to view a response for the survey is not correct. |

14 or no error code |
Unexpected error. Try taking the survey again. |

15 |
The survey is set for access control on both login and invitation. The login for the user and the person for the survey invitation do not match. |
