A generic comment field can be added to for any question. The option for the comment field are found below the "Question sub-text" field in the question definition page.
- To add a comment field, use option "Include comment field" in the question definition page.
- To require that the respondents enter a comment, use option "Require comment"
- To customize a textual label for the field, use option "Label for comment field"
