To insert an image in the invitation you will need to have the image available on the web server of your website. You can include an image from your web site in the survey invitation as follows:

In an invitation group (email tab) for the survey, open the invitation email body in the rich text editor by clicking on the rich text editor icon at the right of field Invitation email body. |

Switch to HTML view by clicking the tab "HTML" at the bottom of the editor. Insert an <IMG> tag referencing the image at the desired location in the invitation. Ex: <IMG src="http://www.novisystems.com/images/NoviSystems.png"> |

You can check the appearance of the image in the email by switching to the Design tab in the editor. |
