Test and retest your survey
Test and re-test your survey. Before you launch the survey try taking the survey as if you were a respondent. Ask a few of your colleges to take the survey and give you feedback about their experience. After you collect a few samples, create a report and do some analysis of the data to see if the questions you are asking produce the results your are expecting.
