Provide a means for respondent to opt out of the survey

Posted on 8/9/2010 by Jim in category: survey software tips
When sending online survey email invitations, always provide a means for prospective respondent to decline receiving future reminders to answer the survey. Also, provide a means to opt out from future invitations. Good web survey software should support opt-out and decline links in the invitation emails so check for this capability in the survey software package you are using.

Remember that you will always get no more than what you ask for... Happy Surveying!
