Select the Home tab in the ribbon at the top of the browser

Click on the Surveys icon

To create a new survey, click on the New tool.

To create a new survey, you must have Survey creator role (see also User privileges)

To set up a survey, click on the row in the table containing the survey, then click the Set up tool.

To set up a survey, you must be an owner of the survey.
